Diamond Upgrade Program

At Above Diamond, we understand that your diamond ring is not only a valuable investment, but also a symbol of meaningful milestones. As your journey evolves, we’re here to offer the flexibility to elevate your diamond with our Diamond Upgrade Program.

This program is exclusively for natural (earth-grown) diamonds, allowing you to upgrade your center stone to a larger or higher-quality diamond—blending beauty with lasting sentiment.

Diamond Upgrade Eligibility

Management Approval
All upgrade requests are thoughtfully reviewed by our management team. Not all diamonds may qualify. Please contact your Design Consultant to check your eligibility and receive a personalized upgrade quote.
Valuation and Credit
If approved, Above Diamond offers up to 80% credit of your original diamond’s purchase value (maximum 100,000 THB), to be applied toward your new diamond purchase. The new diamond must be at least twice the value of the original.
Please note: The upgrade credit is based only on the diamond value, not the setting.
Condition and Certification
To qualify, the original diamond must be returned in perfect condition, as originally delivered, along with the original grading certificate.

Important Notes About the Setting

If your new diamond is larger or a different shape, your ring’s setting may need to be adjusted—or in some cases, remade entirely—to ensure a secure and beautiful fit.
These adjustments or remakes will be quoted separately, and provided at an additional cost to maintain Above Diamond’s high standards of craftsmanship.
The original setting is not included in the upgrade credit value.
If the original ring was altered or set by external craftsmen, we unfortunately cannot offer the upgrade program, as this may compromise the integrity of the setting.

Program Terms

This program is designed exclusively for diamond upgrades. We are unable to accommodate requests to downgrade to a diamond of lesser value. Currently, the Diamond Upgrade Program is available only for orders within Thailand.

Above Diamond reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this policy without prior notice in order to continue delivering the highest level of quality and service.
