Diamond Upgrade Program

We are happy to play a part in your life now – and in the future. To mark a milestone, you may want to enhance your ring. We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to exchange the stone in your jewelry and increase the size or quality of the diamond.

We can offer this, with the following conditions:

Diamond

• We can offer returns on round diamonds with a GIA certificate with value of not more than 100,000 Baht, ordered solely from Above Diamond.
• When selling, you will receive 100% cash-back credit of the original diamond price for use against new diamonds.
• The new diamond must be at least twice the value of the original diamond.
• The original diamond must be in the same perfect condition as when it was delivered and come with the original certificate.
• If the original diamond was a fancy color, or is in a worn or damaged condition, we cannot offer an exchange or credit.

Setting

• Cash-back credit is calculated from the value of the diamond.
• If your original case can be set with new diamonds without causing damage, we will offer new diamonds to be embedded in the existing body.
• If your original setting cannot be set with new diamonds, you can keep the original setting, or exchange for a credit refund according to its condition, that we can assess.
• If the diamond has not been set by our craftsmen we cannot offer this service.

International policy

We offer the right to exchange / return for orders shipped within Thailand only.
